Welcome to Admission Wala
The career counsellors in Kolkata who stay with you till the admission is done
Admission Wala is an educational consultancy based in Kolkata, working with students across West Bengal and the rest of India. Our counsellors have spent years inside the admission process — entrance results, merit lists, counselling rounds, management quota, documentation, hostel and loan formalities — and they put that experience directly at your service.
Every student who walks in gets an individual assessment: marks, entrance rank, budget, family expectations and long-term goal. Only after that do we shortlist colleges. We never push a college that does not fit the student, and we tell you plainly when a plan is not realistic.
From the first counselling session to the day the admission letter is in your hand, one counsellor stays responsible for your file.
Our Mission
To give every student honest career guidance and a clear, affordable route into the right institute — regardless of which board, which city or which budget they come from.
Our Vision
To become the most trusted admission partner in Eastern India, known for advice that puts the student’s future ahead of any commission.
What we stand for
Transparency — every fee, quota and deadline explained in writing
Independence — advice that is not tied to any single institute
Accessibility — free first counselling for every student
Accountability — one counsellor owns your file end to end

Questions
Frequently asked questions
No. Your first counselling session at Admission Wala is completely free, whether you take admission through us or not.
Yes. A low rank narrows the options but rarely closes them. We map your rank against last season’s closing ranks, quota by quota, and show you which colleges are still realistically open.
Our consultancy charge is explained in writing before you sign anything, and a large part of it is payable only after your admission is confirmed.
We help you assemble the loan file and connect you with banks and NBFCs that lend against your admission letter. Sanction always remains the lender’s decision.
Yes. We counsel students from across India and place them in colleges in West Bengal, Karnataka, Maharashtra, Odisha, Tamil Nadu and other states.
Yes. We counsel for NMC-compliant MBBS pathways in Bangladesh, Nepal, Russia, Kyrgyzstan, Kazakhstan and Georgia, with a written cost breakdown before you commit.
